Why ILSI exists.
International migration has transformed economies across the world. Yet too many migrant workers begin this journey without independent legal guidance or access to trusted support when challenges arise.
International Legal Support & Investment (ILSI) LLP was established to address this need — an independent international membership organisation working with governments, employers, legal professionals, development institutions and strategic partners to support migrant workers throughout every stage of their international employment journey.

Independence. Guidance provided to members is independent. We manage conflicts of interest openly and put members' interests first.
Confidentiality. We protect the personal information of members and partners and use it only for legitimate purposes.
